Painting finished. Forgot to Post

So I did finish everything yesterday, but I didn't get a chance to post.

I got a chance to play a game yesterday. Had to sneak out a win against a menoth BG. With only Stryker functional, I struck with two offensive spells and a shot, rolling high to assassinate.

Almost Done

Today's paint was done late.

I have left one layer of Calgar Blue, touching up errant strokes, and a matte finish.

Blue 2 electric Bluegaloo

Altdorf guard Blue on the other two jacks, the proper first layer for Cygnar.

Covering an accident

So I sprayed matte on my models and set them to dry. Stryker fell over on some paper towels... And well, below:

So instead of finishing the big dumb jacks, I repainted Stryker:

I finished both the Lancer and the Stryker tonight.

Hoping to get the other two completed tomorrow!

Wash Complete

I finished washing on all of the models.

Washes 1

Big project due tomorrow, so I went for something easy, but not small.

All blue got hit with Drakenhof Nightshade, Strykers skin with Reikland Fleshshade, and his hair with carroburg crimson

I really really love how well the wash ties the blue together

Basecoat Done

I finished the basecoats on the Battlebox by finishing up Stryker.

Only Stryker remains without a basecoat, as all three Jacks have gotten their basecoat a

7-9 Lancer Basecoat

I finished the basecoat on the Lancer, and managed to touch up on errant brush strokes.

July 7 & 8 posts

I'm a day late posting my 7th painting, but I did paint. Mostly leadbelcher painting on the "Chassis" of the Ironclad.

Today (the 8th), big strides were made on the Charger. As in, it's basecoat is completed.

Day three and Have a wonderful vacation

More Leadbelcher for the metals.

Gone for ~6 days. But I intend on returning. Have a good Independence Day!

Second coat of Kantor Blue on the blue areas. Leadbelcher on the Charger and some on Stryker.

Ten Months Later - Cygnar Battlegroup

I can't believe it's been this long since I posted. I'm ready to get back to painting, but I've switched to a different faction, and I'm immediately going on vacation a few days after I start again :(

But here's my current status:

-I moved apartments at the end of May.

-Had been playing Warhammer 40K for the past month. Game was fun but not up my alley.

-Picked up the Cygnar Battlegroup on an impulse buy.

-Assembled and primed it white, but made no painting progress on it

So today I started with a Celestra Gray coat on Stryker and Kantor Blue as a basecoat for the Jacks.

With any luck, I'll get some great looking models completed for play.
